Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outcoming goods, including quality and quantity checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
- Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
- Proficient in data processing and effective presentation using Google Doc Editor or MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.
