Warehouse Supervisor - Medan
Job Description :
1. Planning, designing and implementing an overall of the warehouse management including manpower, design of inventory management, inbound and outbound, equipment management
2. Work closed with internal department at warehouse organization, internal department communication
3. Warehouse KPI such us order fulfilment, manpower efficiency/productivity, inventory management, cost effectiveness, quality standard
4. Managing health and safety activity to maintain best environment
5. Conducting audits in internal warehousing by following to standards procedure
6. Providing support, education and training to staff of warehouse operation and management within the warehouse and logistic organization.
7. Strong people management, Operation aspect such understand of inbound, inventory, production and Quality.
8. Ability is design capacity, planning and scheduling
9. Capable to create SOP and role for warehouse
10. Training and assign jobs for warehouse system ERP or WMS.
Requirement :
1. Bachelor degree from any reputable university is preferred
2. Have experience at same field minimum 2 years
3. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
4. Have good supervisory skill and assigned to team for company target
5. Placement location : Warehousing Complex, Paya Rumput, Medan Deli, Medan.
