We are a growing company specializing in construction equipment rental. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching equipment and materials.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory control.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely equipment movement.
- Operate a forklift when required to support warehouse operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team supervision.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Able to operate a forklift (valid Forklift Operator License/SIO is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang.
