We are for a Warehouse Staff to join our team!
Job Description
- Carefully manage daily fulfillment activities, including picking, packing, and keeping our inventory beautifully organized.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-structured warehouse layout to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Ensure every customer order is prepared accurately, packed neatly, and dispatched on time (SLA).
- Meticulously conduct regular stock checks (cycle counts and full stock counts) to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep our inventory records up-to-date and track stock movements seamlessly.
- Receive, double-check, and properly store all incoming goods with care.
- Be our eagle eye: proactively spot and report any discrepancies such as missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Assist in QC items when needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Admin, Inventory Admin, or similar role. (Experience in Fashion Retail will be a plus).
- Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and familiar with the Jubelio system.
- Good understanding of E-Commerce / Marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of stock management, including FIFO principles.
- Highly detail-oriented, naturally neat, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
