Responsibilities:
- Manage and update inventory records accurately in the warehouse system.
- Process inbound and outbound documentation, including delivery orders, goods receipts, and shipment records.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare regular inventory reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory and order fulfillment processes.
- Conduct stock reconciliation and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Verify and maintain data accuracy for inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
- Prepare and organize warehouse-related documents and filing systems.
- Support picking, packing, labeling, and order preparation activities when required.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods when needed.
- Support daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
