Deskripsi pekerjaan Warehouse Senior Supervisor PT Joyowo Geo Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall warehouse operation (receiving, issuing, and storing);
2. Controlling inventory accuracy (consistency between records and physical inventory) and managing monthly inventory counts;
3. Implementing FIFO and batch management (emphasis on shelf-life materials);
4. Managing the warehouse site (6S, safety, and standardized operations);
5. Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency;
6. Managing the warehouse team and enhancing its execution capabilities;
Job Requirements:
1. Associate's degree or above, logistics/supply chain related major preferred;
2. 5+ years of warehouse management experience, 2+ years of team management experience;
3. Familiar with WMS or ERP systems;
4. Experience in inventory control and batch management; 5. Ability to manage and execute on-site tasks;
6. Proficient in English communication; experience in the tobacco/food/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
