Key responsibilitie
- Supervise and ensure warehouse operational activities run according to SOP
- Coordinate warehouse teamwork, including scanning, loading, unloading, and sorting
- Ensure the process of receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping packages runs well
- Monitor team productivity and achievement of operational targets
- Conduct checks and monitoring of package quantity and status
- Handle and report operational obstacles to superiors
- Ensure security, order, and cleanliness of warehouse area
- Create operational reports and provide updates regarding warehouse conditions to superiors
- Assist with briefing and provide direction to operational team
About you
- Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 is an added value
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operational field minimum 1 year
- Good leadership and team coordination capabilities
- Able to work with targets and in dynamic situations
- Thorough, disciplined, responsible, and have problem solving capabilities
- Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an added value
- Willing to work in shifts and in warehouse environment
