Deskripsi pekerjaan Warehouse Operations PT Berbagi Inovasi Teknologi (Biteship)
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve warehouse operational efficiency
- Analyze data to identify warehouse operational trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments in the organization to ensure successful implementation of warehouse operations initiatives
- Lead projects aimed at improving warehouse operational efficiency and reducing costs
- Prepare reports on warehouse operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices
- Motivate employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Recommend the purchase of new equipment to improve efficiency
- Set standards for other departments to follow when processing orders or performing other tasks
- Develop new processes to streamline warehouse operations and improve customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheet, Presentations)
- Basic understanding of Good Warehouse Practice and Safety Management in Warehouse Operations
- Strong communication skills and have great attention to detail and result drive approach
