To support our growth and operational excellence, we are looking for a Warehouse Officer who will ensure accurate inventory management, efficient distribution, and high-quality control across all Eling Group business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store goods according to SOP.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock accurately (manual & system).
- Conduct regular stock opname and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute goods to business units (Spa, Academy, Sanctuary, Botanica, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
- Report any damaged, missing, or non-compliant goods.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics/Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as warehouse staff (hospitality/wellness/FMCG background preferred).
- Familiar with stock administration systems (manual & computer/ERP).
- Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
- Physically fit and able to handle goods movement when needed.
- Honest, trustworthy, and high integrity.
