Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Preferably experienced in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries.
4. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
5. Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and inventory management tools.
6. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
8. Understanding of FIFO, FEFO, stock accuracy, cycle count, and warehouse safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
2. Ensure the accuracy of inventory records and maintain optimal stock levels.
3. Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
4. Oversee the movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
5. Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and inventory management practices.
6. Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to support operational requirements.
7. Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, on-time delivery, and warehouse productivity.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
9. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and space utilization.
10. Develop, coach, and evaluate warehouse team performance.
