Deskripsi pekerjaan Warehouse Manager Dishserve

DishServe is a three sided market place. On one side we upgrade underutilized kitchens by standardizing operations, upgrading equipment, providing trainings and access to technology, one other side we enable F&B brands to tap into a network of highly trained ghost kitchens and utilize them as their last mile distribution points to serve their customers right from neighbourhoods and on the other side the customer benefits by having more food choices delivered faster and cheaper to them.
We are currently looking people who possess experience in warehouse Manager to join our new team in Jakarta!

The Warehouse Manager will bring and supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of goods

What you will do
Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
Ensure the service levels and other KPIs are met as per the set targets
Manages the day to day activities of the warehouse supervisor and staff
Implements SOPs and stays on top of all tasks assigned for continuous improvement
Ensures the logistics and support requirements are met
Making sure that the stock audit in the warehouse is happening as per the defined period and accurately
Works with the outlet team and field supervisors to fulfill the stock requirements and solves disputes
Design and implement staffing strategies to ensure workforce is flexible and can respond to variations in workflow
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate data of warehouse activities
Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to the company’s goals

Must have Skills:
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations and logistic
Fair understanding of MS Excel and data analysis & management
Process Oriented Mindset
A deep sense of responsibility and ownership
Strong people skills and experience in working with blue collar
