WE ARE HIRING: Warehouse Manager (West Java / Cibitung)
PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia is a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Freight Forwarding company in Indonesia, committed to delivering exceptional supply chain solutions.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our regional warehouse operations across West Java, based in Cibitung, Bekasi.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategic Leadership: Oversee and drive daily operations across all warehouse facilities in the West Java region, ensuring high productivity, safety compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Telecommunication Logistics Management: Manage specialized storage, handling, and distribution of telecommunication infrastructure products/projects in alignment with strict client SLAs.
- Inventory & WMS Control: Implement robust inventory management principles, ensure high accuracy using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and minimize discrepancies.
- Team Empowerment: Mentor and manage warehouse supervisors and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous performance improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with transport, customer service, and project managers to deliver integrated 3PL logistics solutions.
- Budget & Process Optimization: Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and apply Lean / continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3PL & Telecom Experience (Essential): Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management within a 3PL / Freight Forwarding company, with direct, hands-on experience handling telecommunication infrastructure products, clients, or projects.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3–5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- System & Operational Expertise: Deep expertise in WMS, inventory control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (written & spoken) for professional business communication.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) is a strong advantage.
- Working Conditions:
Willingness to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi and manage/travel across regional warehouse sites in West Java.
Willingness to work under an outsourcing employment status.
Flexibility to work shifts or extended hours based on operational/project demands.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
