We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager based in Medan to drive excellence in a fast-paced 3PL environment, specifically focusing on telecommunication infrastructure projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy: Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness across multiple sites in North Sumatra.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality control, and international shipping regulations.
- Inventory Mastery: Maintain robust WMS and inventory accuracy, specifically for high-value telecommunication infrastructure and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of supervisors and operational staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean initiatives and implement new technologies to enhance service delivery and project timelines.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience: 8–10 years in Warehouse Management, with at least 3–5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven background in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, or Telecommunication Infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in WMS, inventory principles, and budget management.
- Communication: Professional fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for stakeholder coordination.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be based in Medan, travel frequently within the region (up to 75%), and support operations during peak shifts.
- Readiness: Ability to join immediately under outsourcing employment status.
