About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Staff to manage our e-commerce fulfillment operations. You will be the backbone of our order and warehouse operations, ensuring every order is processed, packed, shipped, and delivered accurately across Shopee, Tokopedia, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate daily order fulfillment across Shopee, Tokopedia, and Shopify
- Generate shipping labels and ensure AWB numbers are accurately recorded in Shopify
- Manage courier relationships and follow up on delayed or failed shipments
- Oversee physical warehouse stock, conduct stock checks, and reconcile with system records
- Own the end-to-end returns process: receive, inspect, and log returned items, verify condition against return reason, update stock records, coordinate refund/exchange with Finance and E-Commerce, and ensure every return is resolved within SLA
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, E-Commerce, Finance) on stock and fulfillment matters
- Prepare weekly logistics reports with observations and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, and/or Shopify order management
- Strong attention to detail, especially for stock accuracy, AWB tracking, and returns handling
- Proactive in following up on issues and preventing delays
- Comfortable with documentation and maintaining operational logs
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
