Job Description:
- Lead and guide warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Ensure efficient handling, storage and tracking of all warehouse inventory.
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and streamline operations.
- Oversee timely processing and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Review and verify monthly shipping costs handled by third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor the movement of finished goods, marketing merchandise deliveries and product returns from customers.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order status and track the delivery of finished goods.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent team management and strong leadership skills.
- Experience in inventory systems & warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Accurate System and computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
