Deskripsi pekerjaan Warehouse Coordinator PT ALPHA PILAR PELANGI

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.

• Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update warehouse inventory records and documentation.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in stock movement.

• Prepare and verify logistics reports, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding logistics and stock updates.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist in warehouse stock reconciliation and audits.

• Monitor and track warehouse operational performance to ensure efficiency.

• Provide administrative support for logistics and warehouse teams.
