Warehouse Coordnator/ Leader

(fluent in English)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all Warehouse processes and activities;
2. Ensure stock of goods matches the physical and system levels, and report to the team at the Head Office;
3. Always monitor and maintain the condition of the Warehouse as a whole, both in terms of goods storage security, work safety, and environmental safety in order to support Warehouse operations so that they continue to run smoothly;
4. Creating the best communication system within the Warehouse Department.
5. Checking the goods received according to the SOP;
6. Reporting in and out of stock of goods and supplies;
7. Become a leader for all Warehouse staff;
8. Supervise the work of other Warehouse staff to ensure that they comply with work standards;
9. Provide performance assessments to Warehouse staff.

Requirements

1. Experience in the cosmetics or accessories sector is preferred
2. Male, minimum education DIII/S1
3. Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
4. Strong understanding about ERP system.
5. Have good English communication skills (verbal).
6. Active, creative and have a willingness to learn.
7. Have an experience to be a leader in Warehouse.
8. Good in leadership, have a good time management & can be work as a team.
9. Have an experience work and handle in Warehouse area.
10. Ready to join as soon as possible (Kawasan pergudangan Jurumundi, Tangerang) Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)
