Deskripsi pekerjaan Warehouse Coordinator (English Speaker) PT. Graha Material Perkasa

Job Description

- Plan and organize warehouse layout and storage mapping for various finished goods.

- Develop and implement SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.

- Monitor inbound/outbound goods and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Conduct stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Optimize warehouse space and ensure proper product handling and storage.

- Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Exim teams.

- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

- Prepare inventory reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

- Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.

- Experienced in warehouse layout, storage mapping, and inventory control.

- Able to develop and implement warehouse SOPs.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/WMS experience is a plus.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
