WE ARE HIRING: WAREHOUSE ADMIN
Key Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Fashion/Textile, or a related field; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) is a strong plus
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Admin, Inventory Clerk, or a similar warehouse administration role in the manufacturing or garment industry
- Solid understanding of warehouse administration processes, inventory management, logistics documentation, and FIFO/FEFO principles
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Lookup Functions, Pivot Table, IF, and basic formulas) and capable of operating warehouse ERP systems
- High attention to detail, strong administrative skills, disciplined, and able to work systematically
- Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments
Job Summary
- Execute warehouse administration by recording inventory movements, managing documents, updating inventory data in the ERP system, and archiving systematically to ensure stock data accuracy and smooth operational audits
- Input incoming and outgoing goods mutation data into the ERP system based on verified transaction documents
- Prepare, verify, and archive warehouse administration documents, including Delivery Notes (Surat Jalan), Delivery Orders, Good Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Requisition Forms, and other supporting documents
- Check the completeness of goods receipt documents, including Purchase Orders (PO), before submitting them to the Warehouse Supervisor for verification
- Manage physical and digital archives of warehouse transactions systematically to ensure they are easily traceable
- Prepare daily and periodic Stock Movement Reports to be submitted to the Warehouse Supervisor and PPIC Manager
- Assist in the reconciliation of inventory data with the Finance & Accounting team according to operational and company reporting needs
- Prepare administrative documents and supporting data prior to stock opname (physical inventory counting) and assist in reconciling the physical count results
- Provide inventory data and remaining material information to Purchasing, Merchandising, or related departments based on available system data
- Maintain the neatness of administrative documents and support the implementation of 5S principles in the warehouse administration area
- Delay the input of warehouse transactions if supporting documents are incomplete or mismatched, and report the issue to the Warehouse Supervisor
- Request transaction updates for incoming and outgoing goods from Warehouse Staff to ensure physical data strictly matches the system
- Propose improvements for document archiving systems or warehouse administrative processes to the Warehouse Supervisor to enhance document management effectiveness
