# Waitstaff (Uluwatu)
At cøpenhagen BALI, every detail matters. As Waitstaff, you play an important role in creating a warm, attentive, and seamless dining experience. You will be responsible for taking care of our guests, from welcoming them and taking orders to serving food and beverages with care and professionalism.
## Your Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages according to cøpenhagen BALI standards.
* Ensure guests receive attentive and personalised service throughout their visit.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and daily offerings.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, runners, and front-of-house team.
* Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organised, and properly prepared.
* Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and escalate them when necessary.
* Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
* Support the team with general operational duties as required.
## What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as Waitstaff or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
* Energetic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Friendly, attentive, and guest-focused attitude.
* Good product knowledge and attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
* Good physical stamina and the ability to remain active throughout service.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Willing to be based in Uluwatu, Bali.
