The Waitress at The Forge Gastropub Bali plays a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, assisting with special requests, and providing friendly and professional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail. Experience in various restaurant settings, including Chinese, Western, and barbecue restaurants, as well as a background in restaurant reception, is highly valued.

We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and have the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
