Waitress

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience

Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages

Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system

Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally

Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set

Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional manner

Coordinate with kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service

Process guest bills and ensure accurate transactions when required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as Waitress in restaurant, café, or hospitality venue

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Good communication skills in English

Friendly, energetic, and well-presented

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to work on Night Shift

Able to work Immediately

Strong teamwork and positive attitude

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
