Job Descriptions
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel and restaurant standards.
- Check guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Prepare and reset tables before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
- Follow all hotel standards, hygiene procedures, and food safety regulations.
- Assist the restaurant team with daily operational tasks when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress/Waiter in a hotel, restaurant, café, or related hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards is an advantage.
