We are looking for a Waitress to join our team and lead our front-of-house service with excellence. You will be the face of our dining experience—delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest feels valued, well-served, and satisfied throughout their visit.
This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g.,ingredients, preparation methods)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter then into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests according to service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, organized and properly set before and after service
- Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints politely and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Follow company SOPs, health, and safety standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and polite attitude
- Good in english (spoken and written)
- Ability to memorize and explain menu items
- Have experience in F&B
- Familliar with POS System
- Well groomed
- Can stand/walk long hours
- Able to work shifts, weekends and holidays
- Teamwork and time management skills
- Able to handle pressure and customer complaints
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good time management and multitasking skills
