As a Waiter at Milky Rice, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, and efficiently serving meals. You will also be responsible for managing tables, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area, and ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met promptly. Additionally, you will assist with restaurant reception duties, which may include answering phones, handling reservations, and providing information about our menu and specials. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a friendly demeanor will be crucial in this role.

We are seeking candidates who have completed their SMA/SMK education and possess a minimum of one to three years of experience in a similar role. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in the context of Western restaurants, and will be familiar with restaurant reception procedures.
