The role of Waitress and Waiter involves a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. Key duties include greeting and seating customers, taking orders accurately, ensuring prompt service, and managing customer satisfaction. Bartenders will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. This position requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and skills to thrive in this role. Candidates should have completed their secondary education at the SMA/SMK level. Experience ranging from one to three years in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory. Essential skills include proficiency in customer service, especially in the context of western and barbecue restaurants. The ability to multitask, maintain a friendly demeanor, and ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests is critical. PT.
