The role of a Waiter / Waitress at PT. Bali Hospitality Management is integral to our guest experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless dining experience for our patrons. This includes greeting customers upon arrival, taking orders efficiently, and delivering food and beverages promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant area and assisting in setting up tables and clearing them when necessary. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall ambiance by interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish. We are looking for candidates who possess an Associate Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Experience working in a barbecue restaurant setting is highly valued, as is familiarity with restaurant reception duties.
