The role of Waiter / Waitress involves providing exceptional customer service to guests in both the café and bar areas. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, assisting with table setup, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons. The ideal candidate will also support the team in managing guest interactions, handling payments, and contributing to the overall positive ambiance of the venue. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for this position.

We are seeking a female candidate with at least an SMA/SMK education level and between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should have a solid understanding of customer service, teamwork, and hospitality. Experience in a Western restaurant or as a host is a plus, as well as an interest in music and a passion for the restaurant industry. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is important.
