We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Waiter/waitress to join our professional hospitality team.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Minimum education: High School / Vocational School in Hospitality or equivalent
- Minimum year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant service standards
- Able to operate Point of Sales (POS) system for order taking, billing, and payment processing
- Experienced in handling VIP guests, special requests, and guest complaints in a professional manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Strong menu knowledge including food and beverage pairing
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work on a shift system, including weekends and public holidays
- Highly motivated, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Have Barista skill is a plus
