The role of Waiter/Waitress involves ensuring a high standard of guest service by greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in customer service, particularly within a Western restaurant or restaurant reception setting, is highly desirable. Candidates should be enthusiastic about working in a hospitality environment, have good communication skills, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
