- Table Maintenance: Clear dishes and glasses, clean tables, and reset them for the next guests.
- Billing: Prepare and deliver checks, process cash and credit card transactions, and return correct change.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to all health department regulations and food handling standards.
