Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of service standards, food & beverage, and guest service etiquette.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver warm, efficient, and professional guest service.
- Capable of explaining menu items, making food and beverage recommendations, and confidently answering guest inquiries.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of spoken English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
