Sandpiper Bali is a cozy and vibrant coffee and eatery located in Kuta Selatan, Kab. Badung, Bali, Indonesia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter / Waitress to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

The Waiter / Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. They will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant area, manage table turnover efficiently, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include handling payments, answering guest inquiries, and contributing to a positive and friendly work environment. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and uphold the high standards of Sandpiper Bali.

We are looking for a male candidate with an SMA/SMK education level who has between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to work well in a team, and effective communication and public speaking abilities. Familiarity with Western restaurant operations, presentation skills, time management, and experience in restaurant reception are highly advantageous.
