Waiter / Waitress

Gyukatsu Tenjin is a casual Japanese restaurant which serve premium beef cutlets. Guest may finish cooking on a hot stone on their table. Quality, consistency and warm service are our priority. REQUIREMENT:

- BALI BASED 18 - 25 y.o (female/male)

- Have a possitive attitude and manners

- Able to speak basic english and understand guest request

- Flexible and initiative

- Able to work with teams and efficient / responsive

- Have experience (training / daily worker as FB service)


WORKING HOURS:

- 9 working hours (1 hour break time)

- Day off 1 time/week (Monday - Thursday)

JOB DESC:

- Greet and serve guest with a possitive gesture

- Clear up table

- Serving cutleries, food & beverage

- Setup hot stone for grill

- Check and cleaning toilet

- Prepare beverages (tea, softdrinks, beer)

- Maintain cleanliness of dining area

- Manage inventory weekly
- Follow company rules
