Deskripsi pekerjaan Waiter / Waitress PT. Magic Garden Cafe
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present the menu to guests and explain specials, recommendations, or current promotions.
- Provide information about food and beverages, including ingredients, flavors, and potential allergies.
- Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
- Input orders into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen/bar according to SOP.
- Serve guests' orders in the correct order and according to service standards.
- Ensure the appearance and quality of food/beverages before serving.
- Check and ensure guests are satisfied with the food, beverages, and service.
- Respond to and follow up on complaints quickly and politely.
- Create bills and process payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, chairs, and restaurant areas.
- Assist with table setting, decoration, and event preparation when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel.
- Possess good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Master the basics of food and beverage service.
- Ability to use a POS (Point of Sale) system is a plus.
- Able to work in a team or individually.
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Flexible working hours (willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays).
- Able to communicate well in English.
