- Delivering orders to the correct tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Answering questions, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Processing payments, including cash and card transactions, and providing change when necessary.
- Clearing tables, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining area is tidy and inviting.
- Relay orders and any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
- Suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Working as a team with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
