As a Waitress/Waiter at Island Cafe & Brunch, your primary responsibility will be to ensure guests receive excellent service during their visit. You will greet customers upon arrival, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Your ability to engage with customers, provide friendly assistance, and maintain a positive demeanor will contribute significantly to our goal of delivering exceptional dining experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that all tables are set correctly and that supplies are adequately stocked. A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in the restaurant industry are essential qualities for success in this role.

We are looking for candidates who are female, possess either an SMA or SMK qualification, and have between one and three years of experience in a similar role. Ideal applicants will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a keen understanding of Western restaurant practices, and the ability to manage restaurant reception tasks.
