KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro located in Batu Bolong, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Waiter/ Waitress to join our team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine passion for hospitality, and is committed to delivering an excellent dining experience to every guest.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience.
- Respond to guest requests and assist with any concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in the dining area.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bar, and other service team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout daily operations.
- Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST CURRENTLY BE DOMICILED IN BALI.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/ Waitress in a restaurant, bistro, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in an Asian, Western, or fusion restaurant is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
