The role of Waiter / Waitress involves providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, assisting with table setup, and communicating effectively with kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude throughout the day.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education. Strong skills in Customer Service, Teamwork, English Language, Public Speaking, and Communication are required.
