The role of a Waitress or Waiter at Marlin Cafe & Bar involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, taking their orders, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient flow of orders to the kitchen, managing table settings, and cleaning up after meals. Additionally, you will assist with accounting duties such as calculating bills and handling cash transactions. A successful candidate will also be adept at managing restaurant reception, ensuring that all inquiries are promptly addressed and that the venue runs smoothly.

To excel in this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria. You must be a female with an education level equivalent to SMP, which is typically completed by the age of 16. Three to five years of experience in a similar role is preferred, allowing you to bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. Essential skills include strong customer service capabilities, proficiency in serving patrons effectively, basic accounting abilities, and the ability to manage restaurant reception.
