Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service Excellence
Deliver professional, warm, and personalized service to every guest.
Ensure guests receive a premium dining experience from arrival to departure.
Provide accurate recommendations on food, beverages, and wellness menu offerings.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Build positive relationships with members and returning guests.
Floor Operations
Assist in coordinating daily restaurant floor operations.
Ensure all service stations are fully prepared before opening.
Monitor table turnover and service efficiency.
Ensure food and beverages are served accurately and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout service.
Team Leadership
Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and service standards.
Coach and mentor junior waiters and waitresses.
Support new employee onboarding and on-the-job training.
Assist supervisors in maintaining staff discipline and operational standards.
Encourage teamwork and effective communication during service.
Operational Standards
Ensure compliance with all F&B SOPs and company policies.
Monitor table setup, service sequence, and dining presentation.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
Report operational issues and guest feedback to management.
Cash Handling & POS
Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
Ensure bills are prepared correctly.
Handle payments according to company procedures.
Report discrepancies immediately.
Hygiene & Food Safety
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inventory Support
Monitor restaurant supplies and operating equipment.
Report shortages or damaged items promptly.
Assist with stock counting when required.
