As a Waiter/Waitress at ORIGINAL'S BALI, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly. You will also be required to maintain an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. A significant part of your role will involve handling the restaurant reception, managing reservations, and providing support during peak hours. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in maintaining a clean and inviting environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere will be crucial to your success in this role.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: A minimum of SMA/SMK educational level is required, reflecting a solid foundation in communication and customer interaction. We value candidates with between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, as this will help you understand the nuances of our business and enhance your skills. Essential skills include strong customer service capabilities, proficiency in English, and familiarity with Western restaurant practices.
