The role of Waiter/Waitress at PT CUE AND BREW is crucial in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking their orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. You will also be responsible for maintaining an efficient flow of food and beverages to the tables, keeping the area clean and tidy, and assisting in the setup and cleanup of the café and billiard area. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing reservations and handling reception duties when required.
