Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary and special requests to the kitchen.

Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.

Understand of orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order include Online Order.

Reviews order dockets ensuring accurately and on time before delivery.

Able to anticipate any unexpected guest needs and reacts promptly and tactfully.

Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.

Checking the quality of dishes before serving them.

Delivering food and beverages accurately in a timely manner.

Attending tables, double check and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Retain quality service and gain the good reviews of guest satisfaction.

Able to do suggestive selling and upselling.
