Are you energetic, professional, and love a fast-paced social environment? Padel of Gods is expanding our crew! We’re hunting for Servers & Waitresses who bring more than just plates to the table—we want your personality too.
1. The "Vibe" Factor (Personality)
High-Energy & Sporty: Since we’re a padel-centric social club, we need people who radiate health and vitality. No "zombies" on the floor—we want active spirits.
Social Butterfly: You should genuinely enjoy talking to people. Whether it's an expat after a match or a local foodie, you make everyone feel like a VIP.
Cool Under Pressure: High-intensity matches on the court often lead to high-intensity rushes in the restaurant. You stay chill, smiling, and sharp when the heat is on.
2. The Professionalism (Skills)
English Fluency: Need to handle diverse accents, explain complex menu items, and engage in witty banter without a language barrier.
F&B Experience: At least 1-2 years in a high-traffic lifestyle cafe, beach club, or boutique restaurant. You know your way around a tray.
Punctuality & Grit: We’re a team. You show up on time, looking sharp (groomed and professional), and ready to hustle.
