We are looking for an experienced, fast-moving, and energetic Waiter / Waitress who can take the lead on the floor at White Rabbit. You won't just be taking orders; you will be driving the energy on the floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering top-tier service in our craft cocktail venue. If you are comfortable leading by example, moving with urgency, and maximizing sales through upselling, you belong in our team.

Key Responsibilities / Tanggung Jawab Utama
Floor Leadership & Operations: Take ownership of the floor during shifts, coordinate table rotations, and ensure the service team moves with speed and accuracy.
Guest Experience & Upselling: Welcome guests warmly, demonstrate strong menu knowledge (especially craft cocktails and spirits), and confidently drive venue revenue through smart upselling.
Order Management & Service: Take orders flawlessly, run high-quality drinks/food efficiently, and maintain sharp attention to detail under pressure.
Venue Readiness (Open/Close): Actively participate in opening and closing procedures, including thorough cleaning of tables, the floor, and helping prep the venue/bar to maintain our premium standards.
Financial Accountability: Confidently handle POS systems, manage bill payments, and ensure all guest transactions are accurate and secure.
Team Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication with the bar and kitchen teams to keep service fast and frictionless.
Requirements / Kualifikasi
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant, busy lounge, or premium cocktail bar. Previous experience leading a section or a small service team is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills (fluent English is a must to serve our international guests). Excellent capability in upselling and cash handling/POS systems.
Attributes: A natural leader on the floor who moves fast, stays sharp under pressure, and has a strong eye for cleanliness and presentation.
Flexibility: Willing to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays (standard hospitality hours).
