As a Waiter / Waitress at PT. Babylon Group Internasional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and serve customers, taking their orders and providing them with prompt and attentive service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service and have a proven track record in the hospitality industry. To be considered for this position, you must possess an Associate Degree and have between one and three years of experience in a similar role. Key skills required for this role include strong customer service abilities, excellent teamwork, proficiency in managing Western restaurant operations, and expertise in handling restaurant reception duties.
