Waiter / Waitress (Daily Worker)

Job description:

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team and lead our front-of-house service with excellence. You will be the face of our dining experience—delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest feels valued, well-served, and satisfied throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and make menu recommendations when needed
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns efficiently
• Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle payments and issue receipts accurately (if required)
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, server, or in customer services is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) is required
• Good memory and accuracy in taking and delivering orders
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Basic math skills for handling bills, cash, or POS systems
• Ability to stand and walk for long hours
• Ability to carry trays, plates, and drinks safely
• Stamina to work in a fast paced environment
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
