What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Take orders, provide product recommendations, and confidently upsell menu items.
- Build genuine conversations with customers and create a welcoming dining experience.
- Process customer orders and payments using a mobile POS system.
- Deliver excellent table service while ensuring speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, retail, or customer service.
- Confident communicating in English, both for daily conversations and serving international guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hospitality mindset with a genuine passion for serving people.
- Confident in recommending products and achieving upselling opportunities.
- Comfortable using tablets or digital POS systems for order taking and payment processing.
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Well-groomed, proactive, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and takes initiative in delivering outstanding service.
