Job Description
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Follow hotel service standards and SOPs.
Qualifications
Male, 19–30 years old.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Waiter.
Good attitude and professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
